Hi,
I need to change the rejection email contents which is sent when Shopping cart is rejected. I checked in workfow template WS14000133 but was not able to find from where the current email is being sent.

We are using SRM 5.0. I could not find anything from Task. The mail being sent has HTML content. Is there any way to find out from where this mail is getting generated.

I check both the Tasks but the text coming in mail is not from them. Maybe, there is some enhancement done. Is there any way I can find out from where email is generated.

Please check the relevant taskid and change the description / content appropriately.
Task id is either TS90007922 or TS10407972
