Need T-Code for active vendors list

I need your support on the followings:

1- Kindly give me a T-Code for importing the active (non blocked) vendors list in Excel.

2- Also please let me know if it is possible during the registration of a new vendor to insert the expiry date of vendor's CR, so that it can be tracked and later on to check and monitor those vendors with an expired CR.
