Need for quoting price in figures and numbers

• There is a need to incorporate quoted rates / Value in Figures as well as in words while quoting/uploading e-tenders by bidders / Tenderers.

• There has been demands from a several tenderers that a provision to quote in words may also be given in the e-tendering process.

• You are therefore requested to inform if there is any provision in the e-tendering system in SRM Portal, enabling the Bidders to quote in words also in addition to Figures.

• Whether an alert pop-up in case of mismatch between Quote in figures & words or/re-confirm the quote’ option is possible

Hi,

I am not sure if I got your words. Do you mean that if it is possible to add text or picture to SRM RFx?

If so, this is possible for attachment and text tab.

If there is any misunderstanding, correct me with more details such as screenshot to show what you need.
