Multi-year contract SRM 7.0

Hi experts,

I'm trying to find the way to manage a multi-year contract in SRM, where the user may clearly distinguish the budget each year, in MM I created a line for each year, but I wanted to know if in SRM a better solution exists.

Hi

You can use Value contract

Total value and validaity periods are Header data

valid from 10.05.2011 to 10.05.2015

but it is applicable for all item data

I put an example of a SC:

001 Pens year 2011 1000 u20AC

year 2012 3000 u20AC

002 Pencils year 2011 200 u20AC

year 2012 300 u20AC

Any idea?

An option might be to create a condition for each of your line items to indicate the value amount and the validity dates, i.e. "From" and "To".
