MONITOR SHOPPING CART - delete authorization

Hi all,

We are on SRM 7.1. ECS.

We would like to give access to "MONITOR SHOPPING CART" transaction to specific users but they should not be able to delete the SHOPPING CARTS.Also there are some users(Admins) who would need the delete access.

Can anyine confirm if the DELETE button display can be controlled using the AUTHORIZATION object?

I am not sure if this can be achievable by setting an authorization.

Anyway, behaviour has changed as of SRM 7.0. Administrator is not able to delete an approved shopping cart. Now, admin can delete "awaiting approval", "saved" and cart with "error in transmission" status at item level.

Check KBA 1649794. Perhaps your requirement is not needed anymore after reading this information.

The note was very helpful.However the requirement we have is to us MONITOR SHOPPING CART trasnction as a DISPLAY ONLY trasnaction.Any idea if this can be controlled by auht?
