Hello all, why if I change GOA document in SRM, changes don´t pass to backend system? I checked BD87 transaction and IDOCS were generated OK but GOA's header value was not updated.
IDOC generated with changes has as VPREI, PREIS values 34 and must be 89.
How can I do?
Thanks in advance

Hi Rosa,
Please manually run update reports CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2.
FM BBPV_CONTRACT_TRANSFER is the FM should be responsible.
Also I found something on service lines of a contract which might be of help
The price on service line
level is not, and can not be updated automaticaly by the system.
For to realise that, it would be necesary to run a report everyday
which dates all the contracts up. This would mean a lot of unnecesary
resources. If you create a document with reference to the contract, the
system takes the valid price anyhow from the header and not the price
from the service line.
Unfortunately SAP does not have standard report to update service
lines.
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards,
Matthew

Hello Matthew and SG. I run FM META_CTR_TRANSFER and doesn´t throw any error message.
I checked BD87 and new IDOCS were generated, and is OK but they have erroneus values in E1EDP01 segment.
Contract is changed and is released in SRM.
Change price was on GOA header.
When I change a value in SRM, the system generate new document or change the old?
Thanks in advance
