Dear Community,
I want to create value contracts with for construction projects.
My expectation was that a contract-related purchase order would not be possible once the value contract for a particular line is "exhausted".
However during my test I see that when an order with reference to a value contract is placed, it won't be checked whether the ordered value is still "free".
Does this always work that way or is there a way to control it?
Another question is: how do I get an overview of all contract calls per position without having to evaluate each position individually?
Thank you in advance!

Hello Alicja,
When PO is created for referencing a contract, system should check, whether the value is already exceeded. The relevant logic is in Include MM06EF0C_CONTRACT_VALUE_CHECK.
If the value is exceeded, system should throw message 06 042. This message can be set to error or warning in the customizing. If it is error, the PO can't be saved, if it is warning, the PO can be saved with exceeded call off.
To evaluate more items, you can you report ME3N or totaling the call off values in table EKAB.
Best regards,
Daniel
