MM-SUS: Doubts.

Hi All,

i have few doubts below with ref to MM-SUS,

In MM - SUS

1.Does Special Orders (subcontracting order/Consignment order) are supported in SUS?

2.Does SUS Supports Service PO?

3.Can we have attachment transferred to SUS?

4.Once the vendor is replicated to sus, If there is a change in vendor master data - basic data. ( Not a POrg exn) how can we replicate the change in data ( changes in data could be change of name, address etc?)

5. Is ASN Upload a standard functionality In SUS?

6. Can ASN be deleted in SUS once sent by vendor.

7. Does attachment get transfered to vendor from ecc?

8. With SRM 7 (SUS only, EBP is not active) what are the new functionality / advantage with MM- SUS?

I can help you out with some queries

2. SUS does support service POs provided you use ECC 6.0 (Ehp 4), SP5 onwards.

4. Change in vendor data can be replicated by executing BBPUPDVD. (Basic data only)

8. Advantage with SRM 7.0 is that Free text Service items SC can be ordered, these will be converted to service POs in MM (Classic Scenario) and then routed to SUS (Using ESOA architecture via PI)

>>> In context to MM SUS (with No EBP) i guess its for updating the vendor in srm from ecc, i need to know once vendor is sent to SUS BD14 & after the user is created in portal. If any change happens in ecc? can they be sent to SUS Not SRM?

I have few more questions as below, please answer the same if possible,

9. When order is raised to vendor an email is sent to him, can this be configured at vendor level, i mean email shooted to only specific vendors not all vendors which are on SUS.

10. In case of email trigger, Can the ecc be configured only for shooting email to vendor only when new po is raised & not when only SA is raised against him?

Yes BBPUPDVD can be used in SUS also.(As I said for basic data only)
