Hello Community,
we have the following problem:
We send an order to the Ariba network via Idoc. The order is confirmed on the Ariba network. This confirmation also arrives in the Transaction Tracker in the CIG and is Status Complete. However, this confirmation cannot be found in our S4Hana system. Not in the SRT_MONI and not in the ME23N. The confirmation box is checked.
Why do we not receive an order confirmation in S4Hana? What could be the problem? Do you have any possible solutions where the file is located?
