Miscillaneous Charges

Hello, i was creating purchase order against a firm XYZ, when i saved the document and print preview, i saw miscillaneous charges of amount of 39000 which i didn't add in the condition, i cant even edit the amount nor i can delete, FYI the same amount was charged in the previous po against the same firm XYZ,

Please help how to remove the miscillaneous charges
