Migration of Business partner and Employee to different clients in S/4 Hana

Hi

We are using S/4 Hana system(1909) with two clients.

I have same user id for both the clients.

I am creating Employee and Business partner manually in one of the client.

I want to transfer same employee no and business partner to another client.

Kindly provide us how will you transfer.
