Hi Team,
We are working on SAP S/4 HANA version 1503. We have SAP MM integrated with SRM. As a part of the SRM process, we have activated the classic scenario and the basic process flow is shopping cart creation, approval, Purchase order creation and Confirmation. We have also setup standard Fiori applications for shopping cart approval and confirmation creation.
We plan to perform an upgrade from 1503 to 1809 on premise. As a part of the upgrade, we have a requirement to keep the SRM process intact (Shopping cart) along with the self service requisitioning process in ECC. Business do not want to stop the current SRM process setup. But SAP Fiori for 1809 S/4 HANA does not contain any standard apps for SRM.
Earlier We had Enterprise Portal 7.5 as UI technology to render SRM related functionalities.
Can you please suggest a way to keep the SRM process flow intact in the S/4 HANA 1809?
Thanks and Regards
Aman Anand

Hi Aman
I am not sure if I understand the question completely
I believe you want to retain SRM functionality and continue using S/4
We have a similar scenario implemented at my client side and you could run both together. There are some steps you need to ensure
SRM is at the right version to be compatible with S/4
Make some config changes in SRM to be compatible with S/4
Refer some config note:
Let me know if that helps?

Hello Aman,
SAP S/4 HANA for Central Procurement is supposed to replace SAP SRM.
S/4 HANA is the Hub system of the landscape, as previously SRM was with ECC multi-backends.
As for SRM, S/4 HANA Central Procument has his own Fiori Apps: Central Procurement
As a consequence, SC Business Object does not exist any more in a S/4 HANA landscape.
Regards.
Laurent.
