Migrate transaction setup to SAP Ariba CIG

We want to make sure the user name and password of CIG.

As far as I know, when we active CIG on Ariba, system will send ID and password to our email. We use the ID (Pxxxxxx) and password in the email to setup.

But when I setup following IMG , system return the error message "unauthorized". How can I make sure the password or change the password with this ID?
