Middleware replication issue for Service Category.

Hi Experts,

We are working with SRM7.0 and ERP 6.0 EHP 4 with Extended classic scenario.

When we do the middleware replication the Service Categories are not replicated.

We are not getting any error in R3AM1. But after completing the intial load when we look into COMM_HIERARCHY the Hierarchy PRODSUBTYP only have MAT_ and not SRV_.

In ERP all the service category is available.

In the Middleware trace we get the following details.

PHD DNL_CUST_SRVMAS 0000000000: Table T362O not intended for download

PHD DNL_CUST_SRVMAS 0000000000: Table T362T not intended for download

PHD DNL_CUST_SRVMAS : No tables could be selected. See SAP Note 0419752

SHD DNL_CUST_SRVMAS 1 : Start of data processing

SHD DNL_CUST_SRVMAS 1 : End of Initial Load"

As per the SAP Note 0419752 we checked the CRMOLTP but there is no filtering for Service Customising.

Please help me in this regard. Do we have any table to check the filtering for Customising (DNL_CUST_SRVMAS )

apart from R3AC3.

Hello,

Kindly follow the below steps to resolve the issue here.

1) Maintain the table TBLSYSDEST in both SRM and ERP system with regards to the logical system and Technical and Dialog rfc's.

Also assign the MW_admin in the rfc user.Register the queues with * smqr.

2) Follow the sap note 720819 and maintain all the 5 tables correctly.

3) Before you start the download, you must use transaction SE38 to execute the report BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in the EBP system. In the 'User' field, enter the consumer name that you

selected (for example, "SRM"). Select the radio button depending on whether service products should be active or not. The report starts with the default settings in test mode.

4) Ensure that the table CRMATAB in ERP system holds the entries after the step 1. IF it is blank then follow the sap note 1498111 and run the report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in SRM.

5) Also check for the R3-Guid in the tables CRMMLSGUID (SRM system) and CRMPRLS (ERP system ). Both should be identical with the logical system.

6) Also refer to the SAP notes 1548622 ; 1460623 ; 872533.

Kindly abort and load the object again, it should work fine.

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for the update.

The issue was resolved.

Actualy there were only 16 entries are there in the table CRMATAB. The tables related to Service category T362, T362T & T362O are not there maintained the ta ble TBLSYSDEST in both SRM and ERP and executed the report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in SRM has updated the table CRMATAB in ERP.

Then loading the objects related to service in R3AS solved the issue.
