when entering the me33k tcode I can only see some contracts. does anyone know what may be the source of the problem?

I entered the ME33K transaction, put a customer contract number and it doesn't return anything, not even a message. I went to the EKKO table and I can't find it either.
Some contracts I find others I don't.

You can only find contracts in ME33K, if they exist in EKKO table. If I fill a contract number in ME33K that doesn't exist, I receive error "Document does not exist". How do you create "customer contract" in your system? In which transaction or using which interface?
