Dear Experts,
I have the below error when users are trying to connect to the MDM catalogue. Recently changes were made to the cataogues and the repository was reloaded. The users were able to order from the catalogues after the changes had been made.
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
I have checked the URL and this has not changed and from what we have been using and all webservice data/configuration is correct. Does anybody have an idea as to what else could cause this error? Can the catalogue mappings impact anything if they are incorrect?
