Hi all,
We upgraded our SRM from SAPK-71303INSRMSRV to SAPK-71311INSRMSRV. Now we have Problem to Access our MDM Catalogue. When clicking via NWBC on our Catalogue we get the following message error:
Invalid theme URL=null - see details in attachment
In the SLG1 we get a message as well:
R2MATCLASS --> Log from product hierarchy serach --> Search in Hierarchy-Index:
Index could not be read
See Web Service Structure attached
External catalogues are working good
Please help
regards, Stefan

Hi all,
Does anybody knows this new entry * ATTACH_SAP_PARAMETERS with the value /SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM in the SAP Table NWBC_CFG_SAP?
This entry we do not have in production.

Stefan

Hi Stefan,
you can try to add the parameter BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER with value X, type Fixed to the call structure before the HOOK_URL to avoid this dump.

Anita

Hi Anita,
thank you.
That works fine in my case.
We were upgrading SRM from 702 to 713 SP 11. After installing the MDM do not work.
Disable the outbound-Parameter brings the solution.
Before that, we dont care about the Parameter in internal catalogs.
(I hope this brings no interaction)
Best regards
Mario
Hi Stefan,
Please check whether the suggestions provided in note 2244175 could help you or not.

Hi Wendy,
Thank for your note. But i would like to avoid changing something in our old portal... On my opinion, I have only to Change the non-compatible theme sap_corpu to an older one.
The message does not show on again, when I set the Parameter sap_theme (empty) in the Web Service Structure. But then, the site is still confused (no links are working, I can not put something in the cart). I tried to enter different other theme but no one worked.
Do you have any suggestion for this part?
Regards,
Stefan
