MDM catalog items not transfered to shopping cart

Hello,

Iu2019m using MDM 3.0 and SRM 7.0

I can see materials in the catalog but when I select one of these and click on transfer items, system doesn´t transfer any to shopping cart.When I select one material and click on add to cart, system throws first screen in SRM to shop with 4 steps. how can i solve this problem.

Hi,

Do you use NetWeaver Portal? It looks portal navigation error.

What is returntarget parameter in the catalog call structure? It should be _parent with NetWeaver Portal.

Hi,

Yes we are using NetWeaver Portal. I have checked return target parameter it seens "_top". I have changed return parameter "_parent" but system throws first screen again in SRM to shop with 4 steps.

Hi,

I guess problem is with the call structure. You need to check the parameters again.

Hope MDM UI config is correct
