MDM Catalog in SUS

Hi experts

I know that there is a process that I caN use MDM catalog in SAP SUS, vendors can access MDM catalog and choose products or service.

My question is what is the process that I cam do it, PO response?

I would like to know if in SRM-SUS ou extendeed classic scenario with SUS can I send limit PO to SUS and vendor can access MDM catalog and insert services or materials?

Yes, you can, as long as item category in PO is service.

Hi Nilson,

no you can't. At least not for an extended classic PO. Extended classic scenario is not supported for document types confirmatin and invoice in SUS, only PO response is possible (sap note 543544). For a limit PO in the local scenario it is possible to send it to SUS and create a SUS confirmation by adding services from your catalog.

Yes, in ECS I don't have confirmations, but In PO response vendor could access MDM catalog and insert new  services?

No that is not possible. The catalog function is only available in confirmation or invoice processing.
