MDM-Catalog cann't open it.

Dear All,

We used MDM-Catalog,we config the "Define External Web Services",the content as follow:

10 http://www.A990.com:50100/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM URL

20 username User9 Fixed Value

30 password training Fixed Value

40 server 10.137.241.61 Fixed Value

50 catalog SRMMDMCAT30_A Fixed Value

60 uilanguage EN Fixed Value

70 datalanguage EN Fixed Value

80 HOOK_URL Return URL

90 returntarget _top Fixed Value

100 ~caller CTLG Fixed Value

110 ~OKCode ADDI Fixed Value

120 system_alias SAP_SRM Fixed Value

130 usePortalNavigation X Fixed Value

And we set the organization's attribute,now when we create the shopping card and select the MDM-Catalog,the system have a error message "Page not found or not available".

But about the MDM-Catalog search UI,we using the url:http://www.A990.com:50100/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM?username=User9&password=training&catalog=SRMMDMCAT30_A&server=10.137.241.61&sap-locale=EN

testing it,it's ok.

Who can help me analyise it?

Hi Bill.

Can you check if the logged in user has the necessary roles(Purchaser role) assigned to it to launch the catalog.

Hi Bill.

There could be several reasons(Portal Navigation issue, federated portal, roles and authorizations) for this error.

Can you search for the SAP Notes with the description"Page not found or not available" hope you will get some solution for it.

Hi Bill,

Please remove the parameters 100, 100, 120 ,130 and check the catalog. I hope it will help. I hope you are defining these parameters in Standard Parameters in External Web Services in SPRO.

I remove the parameters 100, 110, 120 ,130 ,The issue always exsit,error messange "Page not found or not available".
