Hi,
The question is, how many items do you generally put on an RFX ?
I tried putting a few hundred in my system and I cant go beyond 200. It gives a memory dump. I am using excel import function.
and basis say its using disproportionate memory resources that we cant spare.
what is the correct way to deal with this limitation ?
any response is welcome.
thanks,
bhakti.

Hello,
According to the SRM Performance guide (https://websmp105.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000843182013E/performance_core.pdf):
"For the contract business-document, the document size should not exceed 2000 line items. For all other business documents, for example, shopping cart (SC), purchase order (PO), or RFx, business documents that contain up to 1000 line items give the best performance. Please be aware that this recommendation is based on a standard usage of the below mentioned business attributes (e.g. 1000 line items, condition, 1 Distribution, 1 small attachment, 1 Partner)."

Ricardo
