Material replication issue

Hello Experts,

I have tried to replicate the material ,  I was getting the error when I was running the t code R3AS , and load object DNL_CUST_SRVMAS,

"DNL_CUST_SRVMAS: No active entry in Table SMOFSUBTAB. Read OSS note 339787",

I have tried to read the note 339787, which clearly says to matain the entry R3AC3 , so I maintained the following entried

DNL_CUST_BASIS3

DNL_CUST_PROD0

DNL_CUST_PROD1

DNL_CUST_PROD3

DNL_CUST_SRVMAS

still I am getting the same error , and when I looked into the table SMOFSUBTAB the entries are missng

with regard to the table CRMCONSUM, CRMSUBTAB,SMOFPARSFA, CRMPAROLTP:CRMRFCPAR are maintained properly

can any help me in this regard , faster response is very much appreciated

Hi Sreenivasa,

The reason for the Service Master replication issue is clearly explained in SAP Note 339787:

"Another cause for the output of this error message is the inconsistent maintenance of the OBJCLASS field in the SMOFOBJECT and SMOFSUBTAB tables".

The parameters for the OBJCLASS SERVICE_MASTER and DNL_CUST_SRVMAS have been missing in table SMOFSUBTAB. Please add the missing entries to the table and the Initial Download for the Object SERVICE_MASTER has worked. You can check in TX. R3AM1.

Please also check the SAP note 720819. It is a important note.
