Material cant be found in EBP

Hi All,

R3 system has a contract, with two materials.

While creating shopping carts, users are not able to find these materials.

I checked in COMMPR01, the material do exist, but the material description is not there. It seems the descriptions havnt been copied/replicated with material.

What is the real issues here? (User cant find these materials while creating shopping carts)

Hi,

Can you replicate the material from ERP again and check if the desciption is being replicated as well?

First you need to ascertain the master data has been properly setup. Since you could not even find the material in the SRM product search, it means that the replication has not been successful.
