Hello All,
Need your input to plan configuration for below scenario:-
System info:
Client want to use Sourcing 10 for contract management for both ERP & SRM. They want to ingrate both with Sourcing as below:-
As per standard document posting can be done to one target system (ERP or SRM) from Sourcing. So please let me know how we can plan to meet the above scenario.
There are few options we are thinking:-
Please let me know if anyone has handle & configure such scenario.
Looking forward for your input & suggestions.
Cheers!!!

Deepak,
The scenario you described is supported out of the box.. You can send direct to ERP and Indirect to SRM.
Setup two different document types and SAP Sourcing - one for direct and one for Indirect and then use these document types to create your agreements..
Do let us know if you still see problems or need additional details..
Thanks

Hi Prasad,
Thanks for reply.
In system we can define only one system for document posting then how we will be able to publish contract to two different system.
We have configure below property too:-
As per standard we need to define below system property where document will publish:-
odp.doc.integration.external_system, here we can define only one target system.
I have seen standard integration guide provided by SAP, there also same concept has been defined.
If possible can you please share configuration step you have followed to publish contract to two different system from Sourcing.
Cheers!!!
Deepak
Deepak,
For the ECC integration the property "odp.doc.integration.external_system" is used to determine what master data(based on which ECC system we send the agreement to) is to be used to generate the XML payload. This is needed as we support multiple ECC backends for the purpose of master data (only)
In the case of SRM this does not arise.. the Integrated System configuration for SRM has sufficient information to send the contract to SRM...
Hope this clarifies.
Prasad
