Mass User Assignment to SRM Org Unit, where users is already created by Basis in SU01

Hi Experts,

We are running into an issue where we have 450 users to be created and assigned to SRM(713) Org Structure.

I understand via Users_Gen we can do the same via comma separated file.

But unfortunately we have a different scenario, where Basis has already created all 450 users in System and now we have 50 departments into which we need to assign those 450 users in SRM Org Structure and the issue lies here, that I can't use Users_Gen mass user creation & org assignment as the users are already created in the SRM System(SU01).

Please suggest, if their is some work around/report, which we can be used in SRM system to assign, already created(su01) users to respective SRM Org Units via an file upload having minimum required data.

Hi Gaurav,

I investigate your scenario and I found this SAP note "444152 - Mass upload of the cost center for users in EBP" to you create a file to assign a mass users on Organization Structure. So, please kindly read the note and follow the instructions.
