Hi Team,
We are creating user id manually in SRM and assigning to org structure using USERS_GEN which is 001 series. Now due to a business decision, the number range for all the users should be changed to 002. If i delete all the users and recreate in org structure, it will work but old documents will be impacted and they will not be able to access it. Is there any way we can change the user id without changing BP,CP,S number for all the users. Kindly provide your suggestions.
Regards,
Prasad

Hi,
In such case, I could only suggest you replace the old one using a new valid user, and then once the old user is valid again, assign it back to the documents.
