Mass Change of PchOrd Messages/Removing Association

Good morning all,

We are currently in the process archiving/deleting completed Purchase Orders as per this link. However more recently on our system, our Purchase Orders are set with a Message that outputs to "MailOutput" with "Send immediately" dispatch time allowing us to pass them the a third party application to send directly to the mail address stored in the Vendor.

This means that deleting completed Purchase Orders results in the change being automatically output to the Vendor again. Does anyone have a solution to prevent this? E.g. removing the messages on mass or changing the "send immediately" option.
