Mapping Header Text for OrderRequest

We have a requirement to map a large amount of text for PO Terms and Conditions to the header of the PO.  We are sending the order from S/4 as idoc.

I have tried to add the text as a constant value, however i get an error message, as attached.

We also thought about adding the text to the segment E1ARBCIG_HDREXTN, however would require many segments to hold all the text and then we are limited to only concatenating 3 when in CIG.

Can anyone else advise how they have included long amounts of text into their SBN PO originating from SAP S/4 or ECC?

hello, have you maintained cross references for PO HeaderTextID? (eg F01, F03, F04, F05, F07, F08, F09 etc?)

I did think of this - however we don't, as standard hold T&C's as header text and would require quite a large process change. We hold the T&C's as standard text to populate the SAPSCRIPT/Adobe forms.

Update - I maintained standard text in the config for document header, pointing to the standard text i was referring to above.  Then performed the cofig as described below but for text id ST - this has now worked as needed

Best practice is to actually include an URL to your company's website instead and send the entire T&Cs.
