Hi,
When an Approver Rejects a contract document, there is a field named "Reason" which is a dropdown.
In the email which gets sent out upon rejection, how can I include this field into the email? In the Mail Message tokens, obviously Reason is not available as one of the Type Specific tokens. Hence I am unable to add that to the Mail Configurations for "Workflow Approval Status Message"
Please let me know how this can be accomplished.

AFAIK mail type tokens are fixed and cannot be exetened during implementation time...
