Hi Experts,
We have implemented Sourcing 7.0.01.
Im trying to do mass upload of Master Agreements through Contract Document importer under document tab.
There are two fileds in the template as "CONTACT" and "DOC_OWNER_USER" im giving valid values in these columns. The Contact is the userid of the supplier and the doc_owner_user is my user id. But the import is failing and is unsuccessful.
In the trace file the error generated is : Contact reference could not be found. Doc_owner_user referenced could not be found.
When using same logic in development server import is successful and MAs are successfully created without any error.
I tried to import one project using project importer template and it gives same error "doc_owner_user" could not be found. but the project is created with default user as owner. MAs are not being created.
In the template the comment given for "Doc_owner_user" as name of the user, there is first name and last name for a user. I tried using both and combined also. It didnt work.
Is tool is unable to recognise the user IDs? Please help.
Regards,
Shikha

Hi Shikha,
Please use the login user ID not the full name. FYI, it is case sensetive, this means if you created the user ID all lower case then in the template use all lower case.
Thanks,
Abdul.

Hi Shikha,
| # CONTACT | Reference | false | References the EXTERNAL_ID field of a Contact | |
| # DOC_OWNER_USER | Reference | false |
Since both fields are false(not mandatory),then remove values for these fields, then go for upload.
With Regards,
Jaheer
