Long text of Services is not transferred from ECC to SRM.

Hi all

When we create a Service with the AC01 transaction in ECC, this Service is sento to SRM via middleware customizing. In SRM the Service is desplayed in COMMPR01 transaction.

However the long text (Service) is not transferred at the time of creation. Is transferred until a text modification is made.

We need the long text of the Service in ECC to be sent to SRM at the time of creation of this.

Aditional information

We have follow the note 2469958 - Long text from Service/Material is not replicate to SRM in basic text. All resolution is ok in the systems, however the problem still continues.

Any suggestions?
