Logs for RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE?

Hi! Does anyone know whether there is a log file/report that capture the id of the person who run the above substitution transaction? I found table HRUS_D2 but this only shows the substitution data. It didn't capture the person who creates the substitute.

Activate table logging on HRUS_D2, then use tcode SCU3 to view the history of changes.
