Dear Experts,
We use SRM7.0.
We transfered plants (Locations) from ECC to SRM.
The plants created SRM Business Partner with different numbers from the ECC plants.
Is there a way the plants will transfer to SRM with the same numbers of the ECC plants ?
Thanks,
Lori

Hi,
This is the standard behaviour when we transfer plants from ERP to SRM.
SRM will have a busniess partner created for each plant and this BP number is used in ur shopping cart.
If you have tired assigning location attributes in the ORganization structure you get to see both BP and actual plant number.

Sam

Hi Lori,
The Business Partner for plant will always be different from its ECC number because SRM business partner is an internal number assigned to any business unit be it a company, purch org, purch grp etc
