Live Auction Status - Cockpit is not avaliable

Hello Guys,

I'm currently with SRM 5.0 with SP 12.

I am creating a Live Auction via BBP_AUCTION and gets the same status below:

I1038  Complete
I1187  Ready
I1188  Published 

Start date is achieved but the hammer in the column "Action" is not available.

Viewing the document and clicking the "Live Auction" is open to the live auction cockpit window, but displays a message that I can not open the cockpit to have the status not available.

Any suggestions on what is passing and Auction is not active and available for cockpit?

Check through transaction SM37 and search for job name that has the pattern: LA_ACT_JOB_* . If there is such a job for the auction ID as the suffix, check if the job has run successfully. If not, check what the problem is.

To start the auction manually, as a purchaser, you can press "Start" button to start the auction.

Live Auction is active, but the hammer is not available.

Within the document when I click "Live Auction" link, the system reports that I can not view the Live Auction Cockpit current status.

Any other ideas?

How do you know the auction is active? Is the start date and time in the past already? What are the status shown in BBP_PD?

The status is active BBP_PD:

I1038          Complete
I1187          Ready
I1188          Published
I1189          Active

After you refresh the display on the auction / search result and you still can't see the hammer icon? Are you trying to launch the Live Auction as a purchaser or as a bidder? What is the exact error message?

Try the following when you get a chance:

1. Go to BBP_PD transaction

2. Display the auction from there

3. Scroll to the bottom of the auction detail and click on "Check Again"

From your screenshot, that particular auction should have been closed by now.

Is this the only auction that has the problem or none of the auctions in "Active" status can be launched?

What's the status shown on UI for this auction now? (It should be "Closed".)

I'd suggest that you create another auction and try to launch it when the status turns into "Active" (by the system).

Well.. this is my situation:

The document has already reached the end date and time and still is in active status.

The hammer is not available in UI.

I created a new auction date and start time have been achieved, status changed to active, but the hammer is not available.

This is a new customer for me.

But for the that I see of the old documents yes, in some moment they created QUOTs of LAC.

I still proceed with the problem.
