Last PO number and PO date created against contract number

I want clean contracts which are not used since long, so want to know last PO created against list of contract numbers. It is possible to get such list?

Each PO Line Item if created with reference to contract will have values in fields EKPO-KONNR and EKPO-KTPNR. So you can build Z report with this logic else you can get data from table directly using the above fields. Also standard report for contract is ME3M, if it helps, you can check that too.
