KI 235 - Account & requires an assignment to a CO object

Hi friends,

I am getting backend error KI 235 - Account & requires an assignment to a CO object - when you try to create or change an SRM Purchase Order with service item and WBS account assignment.

I have searched and found SAP Note-2040871

But it says as mentioned below in Environment section(i.e applicable for SRM 7.0 & Higher version)

Environment

l SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) 7.0 and higher

l SAP enhancement package for SAP Supplier Relationship Management

But we are facing this issue in SRM 5.0 Version,Can i use this Note to fix my issue if not,Can you pls suggest correct SAP note to fix this issue in SRM 5.0

Checked with SAP & Implemented Note 2040871..Issue resolved.
