job AribaIntegrationEventIncrementalUpload in SAP PO

We are using job AribaIntegrationEventIncrementalUpload in SAP PO system.

But from last 3-4 days, it got failed due to below reason. Parameter logDir= /usr/sap/AribaMasterdata/logdir is not a valid directory.

I also checked AL11 and directory is available, but then also we are receiving the error.

Can you please help us to identify the issue?

Hi Trishika,

Please check if there is any permission change for this folder? ideally, the folders/files inside those should have permission 777.
