Hello all,
We have a problem with item long texts. If someone accitentially fills a item long text field in a shopping card and save the document, then when he wants to go back and delete the text, he just can't empty the field.
Whenever i delete the things written in a item long field in SC and press the check or save button it refils the field with the text i deleted. But if i want to change the text, no problem, it accepts changes.
Do you have any idea why is this behaviour of the system?

I believe this is a bug and there should be an OSS note to address it.
