Issues with Shopping cart upload

Hello all,

We are in SRM 4.0. We are creating a BDC for shopping cart upload. That BDC will get the data from text file and pass it to the FM: BBP_PD_SC_CREATE. We are facing some issues with that BDC.

1. GL account issue - Our program could able to pass the gl account into table I_ACCOUNT of the FM and shopping cart is getting created. But the shopping cart is going to error status as it couldn't recognize that gl account. When we open the shopping cart in check status transaction, we are seeing the error: GL account is not created in chart of account 0001. As this time, If we manually remove that gl account from cost assignment tab and re-enter the "same" gl account, then we could able to order the shopping cart. issue here, if that gl account is passed through FM then it is not being recognized.

2. Vendor text issue - Our program is able to pass the vendor to the I_LONGTEXT table of FM. But after the shopping cart is created, we couldn't see that text in the shopping cart. Are we missing anything ?

Can you please help us to fix these issues?

Hi..... .any help please. We could able to update the vendor text and internal note. But still, gl account issue is there. Because of that the shopping cart is going to incomplete status.
