Issue with User Address data

Hello,

I am facing a strange problem with regards to SRM User Settings - Personal data. When I am updating, say for example, the user's 1st name in tcode BBPAT05 (SRM4.5), the 1st name is getting updated against the Person Number of that user from BUT000 table, but is not getting updated against the user's person number from USR21 table. This problem is happening with one particular user. I did a trace with a correct user and this wrong user, and found out in the trace list that the update/insert statements to update the data in tables ADR2 and ADR6 against the user's person number from USR21 are not getting executed at all for the wrong user. Can anyone please help me in this regard?
