Issue with the Session Timeout of SAP CLM

Hi All,

We are facing an issue, users session is getting expired in a very short duration which is less than the value mentioned in system properties.Due to this users has to login again and all the data filled by them is lost and are not able to finish their job in a single session.

We have maintained the values in the system properties as below:-

Please give us an idea how this thing can be avoided.Or do we have to change any other properties in the system properties.

I have provided the steps to address this issue last week, you need to do the following steps to extend the time-out. We were running weblogic, so if you are running NetWeaver, then do the corresponding EAR and JAR steps using the Visual Admin inside SAP NetWeaver
