Hi,
We are doing upgrade from SP6 to SP10 and activating the customizing switch : mass copy of contracts
But the contracts are not being copied. It only gives message that contract has been copied and created in background. But when we search there is no new contract created in system and also there is no email which sent to the partner email ID.
Please suggest if there is any additional settings required apart from activating the switch after upgrade. or if there is any table which needs to be configured, or any program which needs to be scheduled.
