issue with Incoterms

Hello Experts:

Im uploading MA and line items from a .xls document, but I´m having the following error message in line items sheet:

An incoterm ID number you entered is not supported for this document. Enter supported Incoterm ID number. [Deliver Term Id].

I reviewed some posts and I changed Incoterms and added the incoterm also in the contract sheet but the upload failed again.

Do you have any idea what could be happening or if I have to review or add something in my document?

Hi Martha,

are you indicating the incoterm external ID? As well, are you setting the field INCOTERM_AWARDED as true?

At agreement level, are you indicating at least DELIVERY_TERM_1 and LOCATION_1? This are required in agreement setup, which will are used in line items.

Thanks Marc,

I reviewed again the fields and I was missing the Price_condition_value, I added the information and my document is uploading succefull now.
