Hi All
We have recently upgraded our SRM enviornment from 4.0 to 7.01. Post upgrade whenever any existing user is trying to raise a SC the WD application thorws the error as "The error reads as : "The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transaction PPOMA_BBP". I have validated all the users attributes and they are correct. This error is coming only for old existing users, if i create a new user the process works fine for him.
Please suggest how to correct the error for the existing users.

Hi,
You should run Txn BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE, input faulty UID and mark run attribute check. If you find error, click on start repair button to correct it.
