Issue While Uploading Clause Docuement

Hello,

We are using Native contract generation service on CLM 10.0. While uploading only few clause documents, we see a strange error as seen in attachment. Has anyone faced such issue earlier?

We have checked the document in question and do not see any hidden xml's files not its password protected.

Your inputs will greatly help us!

Hello,

For benefit of others...

The issue was due to presence of table of contents in the clause document. We logged an OSS for this issue and it was confirmed that this is a defect in current version of our release Sourcing 10.0,  SP06.

This is fixed in SP08 as per SAP.

You should look in the application log during this timeframe and see if there are any errors there.

Hi Gary,

Sorry to come back to you. I switched on debug mode to see if there were any issues. Unfortunately no luck. Are there any specific key words I should be looking up in the logs?

you should be able to follow the progress by the username and the timestamp. I would expect some indication in the application log.  Are you sure you are looking at the correct log on the correct server node?
