Issue in PO email notification

Hi,

I am using SRM 5.0 and ECC 6.0 and it is Classic Scenario.

Once the shopping cart is approved, the PO will be created in the ECC system and then the PO output will be triggered as pdf and notified to the requester and the vendor. The problem we are facing is for some of the PO's, the email notification is not sent to the requester. I could not able to see them in SOST also.

But the other PO's which are created before and after that particular PO are sent out.

All the email address of the vendor and the requester are maintained and everything looks the same for the successful PO' s also.

What may be the reason for some PO's alone not to be notified?

Hi,

Once the SC is approved if configured SRM sends an email to the requester about the SC was approved.

You should check if the configuration is ok for notification.

SPRO>Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server> Technical Basic Settings>Cross-Application Basic Settings> SAP Business Workflow> Define Recipient of Notifications

Since PO is created at ECC we do not send any email from SRM telling about the PO creation.
