Issue in Inbound Queue (SMQ2) in SAP SRM 7.03

Hello Everyone,

We are facing an issue with Inbound Queue(SMQ2) failures. System is throwing an error saying " Action can't be performed see note 0490748".

When I checked the note it was specifying about the Filter settings in Master Data replication but they are well set in my System.

Can you please share any pointers to fix this issue.

Hi Raju,

Try with tcode r3am1 and then r3as having all the objects running successful.
If this doesnt work then try with R3AC1 tcode having all the data with the filters on.

and then also if it doesnt work,

Check your material master data,
Search term should be unique
Global id should be unique...

Please revert, if the problem is not solved yet.

Hi,

This sysfail entry means that you have problem in material replication from ECC to SRM side.
If so, you have to first check if r3am1 have all the objects running with green light.
If not, you have to check all the related customizing for material replication.
