Issue : how to find the SC which are resubmitted

Hello Everyone,

I am working on SRM 7.0 and i have an Issue where Approver has mistakenly resubmitted two shopping carts.

Now, i have to find those two shopping carts and bring it back to approval flow.

Please let me know the procedure or steps for doing it.

Hi Muzamil,

Now the shopping cart will be in the requestor inbox. Ask the requestor to resubmit the SC, It will go again to the approver's.

Hi Muzamil,

When the approver  resubmits the shopping cart  by specifying particular date,the workitem will be removed from the Approver worklist and it will be available again on the mentioned date in the approver worklist.
