Hello,
I am already used to extend SAP Fiori Apps using the SAP WebIDE. Soon, I am going to start a customer project to extend the SRM User Interface Add-On. Saldy, I have currently no access to a testing system to a demo system. So, I have to ask some questions here, to get the information I need.
From my understanding, the SRM User Interface Add-On is based on SAPUI5 technology, but does not follow Fiori design and seems to use mostly sap.ui.core. controlls, correct? My existing knowledge about extending Fiori Apps might not be of much use here. So, is there some kind of official documentation about how to extend those views? I know, that the SRM provides rich possibilities to extend the WebDynpro based views out of the customizing, but how does that apply to the views based on UI5?
Thank you!
//edit
PS: If there is no true documentation, I would still be very thankfull for every statement that answers my questions like "you extend like FIori" or "extending is based on SPRO and automatically applies to UI5 views thanks to some nice JS coding".
Request clarification before answering.
