Is there a way for Ariba to have a hard deadline for Q&A and not allow vendors to submit questions through the system after the Q&A deadline has passed?
For event timing, monitor your event then click Actions>Extend Timing or Reduce Timing. You can set a fixed time duration. Note: your event needs to be in Preview status.
